These amenities include the adult's swimming pool with chase lounge set, jacuzzi (outdoor spa), kid's swimming pool, reading nook that features a trellised seating area, kid's playroom, function room, and the state-of-the-art gym. The room itself has a comfortable bed with a pull out bed that can fit 2 guests, and additional sofa bed and/or foam for guests in excess of 2. The price per night is good for 2 pax. We only charge an extra of 400.00 pesos each person per night in excess of 2. The guest must indicate the actual number of guests when booking, for airbnb to compute the actual price per night. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. However, if the guests are more than 4, they should discuss it upon booking with the owner/host for possible accommodation. It has a balcony that guest can use to enjoy the view of Iloilo City and the Guimaras Island. It has the other basic living amenities such as kitchenware and toiletries.
