Bright & New Room - Queen West St.

Enjoy Toronto in one of the most fun neighbourhoods: Queen West, Trinity Bellwoods Park! Walking distance to Toronto downtown core and view on the CN tower. The room is on the 3rd floor of an old Victorian home that is newly renovated. Unlimited wifi internet. The room can be locked for safety and privacy. You have access to an equipped kitchen on the second floor. There are 4 bedrooms in the house and 2 bathrooms. The house is a shared space for single guests/roommates. The space Brand new renovated bedroom located in the third floor of a Victorian three story house. The room is bright and comfortable. Laundry facilities (washing and drying) on site. *Just for longer stays more than 3 weeks stays: the room is available for single guests only. If you are interested in requesting the room please tell me more about yourself. What brings you to the city studies, work or just visiting. The house is a quiet and friendly space. I'm looking for mature guests who socialize and party outside the house. Preference non-smoker. By weekly cleaning service included in the price just for common areas bathrooms and kitchen. You are in charge of keeping your room clean. Guest access The guest has access to the fully equipped kitchen and the third floor bedroom and bathroom. Take into consideration if you have heavy luggage that the room is located on the 3rd floor. There are two sets of stairs. The first set of stairs is narrow and steep. During your stay There are other guests in the house that share common spaces. Every effort is made to provide a quiet environment – however, normal household sounds will be part of your experience. We request that all guests be mindful of others affording the same consideration to others as one expects for themselves. Other things to note Public transit a few blocks from the house. Street car 501 takes you to the subway Ossington Station. The main intersection close to the house is Bathurst St. Walking distance to the most touristic attractions in downtown. We don't have parking on site but there is overnight parking on our street if you have a permit.
