Description
Creekside Gallery & Gardens offers a quiet and safe sanctuary on an organic farm. Our property is proudly wifi-free. There is an ethernet connection in the trailer and a usb/usc dongle is available. Also of note, the cell signal here is weak (1 bar). Enjoy the tranquil setting and a bonfire as you sit beside the creek. In the fall, experience the salmon run within 15 steps of your door. It is our wish that our guests enjoy the peace and quiet of this special piece of land. The space Our spacious 33' 5th wheel trailer comes with its own private deck, yard and fire pit close to the creek. Aside from the large organic garden, also on the property is a working artist's studio and gallery which is home to noted equine artist Joan Larson. Joan teaches workshops, classes and is available for private lessons upon request. Guest access There is a huge organic garden & greenhouse and seasonal produce is available for guests. We also keep bees and Creekside Honey is available to our guests. Laundry facilities are available at the main house upon request. Other things to note Coombs is a diverse rural community with lots to offer. Close by is the famous Old County Market (where they graze the goats on the roof) and the tourist attraction Butterfly World. Within a short drive there are several provincial and regional parks (Cathedral Grove, Rathtrevor Park and Englishman River just to name a few), great beaches and the charming seaside town of Qualicum Beach.
