Burr Oak Cabin Rental

a "Cozy" secluded setting, nestled in the woods with property adjoining Burr Oak State Park for an easy walk to the lake or to State Hiking Trails. This cabin is located at Dock 2 Area with property adjoining Burr Oak State Park. Our path behind the house leads to the hiking trail known as REVINE TRAIL, leading to other hiking trails. Also our path leads to the lake. The space Our cabin has 1 private bedroom with a queen size bed. A bonus room with a set of bunk beds, + a full size futon. A bathroom with tub/shower. Kitchen has a "full size" refrigerator, 20" range/oven, microwave, toaster, sink. Pots, pans, silverware, cups glasses, plates, etc. This cabin also has a "stack washer/dryer" for your use. Living room has a full size sleeper/sofa couch , recliner. Dining area is an open concept design form kitchen with a kitchen table. Cabin has a real wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV. There is also a TV in the private bedroom with a built in dvd player. Off the living room is a 180 sq. ft. enclosed porch with a large table with 4 chairs, plus a rocker chair, plus another table. Off the enclosed porch is the back deck overlooking the woods. Part of the deck is under cover where the gas grill is. We have a "fire pit" out back. Guest access 664-acre Burr Oak Lake allows boating as follows: Boats with motors of 10 HP or less are permitted to operate as usual Boats with motors exceeding a horsepower rating of 10HP are permitted to operate at idle speed or at a speed that does not create a wake Watercraft utlizing a motor designated as a jet drive motor are not permitted 4 launch ramps provide access to the lake. Fishing The lake is well known for its catches of largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill and catfish Download the lake map Valid Ohio fishing license is required.
