It is a very large house on two floors, with a very large living room and fireplace and bathroom on the ground floor where you can make large meals as a companion, with these large windows that overlook the valley, and turn around Tuscia. There are many things to visit from Villa Lante, Caprarola,Viterbo, the footsteps of the Templars. It was our second home, where we relaxed coming from Rome, and they spent beautiful days in the greenery to pick olives, eat together and visit the areas around very well known. The space The House is built over three floors. As soon as you enter you will be amazed by the size of the living area that expands throughout the ground floor, with a beautiful fireplace to light to enjoy the privacy that the fire reserves, while the living room opens with large windows to the surrounding valley. The house is surrounded by lots of greenery and you can enjoy all the peace you want. On the first floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, crockery, pots and pans, mocha for coffee, water and wine plates and glasses, toaster. A large fridge with freezer is on the ground floor, useful for long stays. Also on the first floor, you'll find a cozy master bedroom with an attached bathroom. On the second floor accessed by a large brick staircase, there are the other three bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom and two double rooms with single beds. On this same floor, there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The fourth bathroom is on the ground floor. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of our guests. A few steps away is the beautiful Villa Lante, one of the major achievements of the Italian sixteenth century with a spectacular system of fountains and water games as well as a beautiful forest park. Other things to note Tourist tax 2.30 euros per person per night from January 1, 2025 You only pay the first 3 nights from the 4th you pay no tourist tax and children pay from the 16th birthday. The farmhouse is not served by the municipal aqueduct. The water comes from a well carved into our soil, so we only use it for hygienic purposes, (we also wash our teeth quietly) while for food use we prefer to use the drinking water from the fountain at the beginning of Strada Chiesuola, which we provide to our guests in special tanks.
