Come stay at The Lofts and enjoy the peaceful country setting while being just a short drive (10 minutes) to St. Lawrence, SUNY Canton, Clarkson and SUNY Potsdam. Our fully furnished/equipped private apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and sitting area, 2 full bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (loft with queen bed and another with 2 single beds) and a covered porch with Adirondack chairs. Plenty of space outdoors to roam with the chickens, deer and turkey and to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. The space Industrial chic meets Adirondack foothills farm life at The Lofts. Enjoy the open spaces with cathedral ceilings throughout. Breathtaking sunsets, pasture views, and expansive lawns await you. This newly remodeled space is part of a larger house that is currently under construction. My parents live in the adjacent space and run a small hobby farm. Enjoy freshly pressed cider from their apple trees, fresh eggs (as available) from their free-range chickens, and fresh berries/vegetables when in season. The full downstairs bathroom was recently updated to include a stall shower. An upstairs bathroom is situated between the 2 bedrooms and hosts another shower (bathtub not currently usable). The loft bedroom has a queen bed and a couch that pulls out to a twin. The second upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds (this is accessible only through the loft bedroom). Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks in the Adirondack chairs on the private covered porch. NO SMOKING ON PREMISES - NO PETS ALLOWED (you will be asked to immediately leave the premises and will forfeit your security deposit) Guest access Private entrance, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, loft bedroom/sitting area, second upstairs bedroom and fully equipped kitchen/sitting area are all yours to enjoy as your own. Please feel free to roam the property - there are chickens, a cat, a dog, and an energetic child also enjoying the property - we quite often see deer in the fields and have even had 2 moose in the backyard - feel free to join us with collecting apples and pressing for cider or picking berries, we love to share any of our farm experiences with our guests! Other things to note Please note that this space is part of a bigger space, that is still under construction and may need to be accessed during your stay. The access to the upstairs bathroom and second bedroom is through the loft bedroom. We have included as many extra beds as possible, to accommodate families traveling for the college weekends, but there is not a dining table large enough to seat everyone for big meals. There is a counter that seats 3-4 (as noted in the pictures) and a porch bistro set that can be placed inside that seats 2-3 if needed.
