Beautiful Master Bedroom Great View

Welcome! Guests will have a private master bedroom with private bathroom, access to community pool (during summer) & accessibility to downtown Atlanta (10-15 minutes drive). Stores, restaurants, bars/lounges are close. Come visit! Location: We'd love to make sure you are able to commute easily to & from your adventures in Atlanta! The space Newly furnished in a modern style, this room is a gorgeous get-away for long-term stay. It has everything and the space is very large, has great views, and is in a quiet community. Thanks for your interest in the home! In an effort to keep the place looking beautiful for all, I have decided to include a monthly cleaning fee to be able to hire people to keep the common areas looking good. That explains the high price in case you will live in the place for a few months. If you will not, I will adjust the cleaning fee to the base price of $75, and depending on how long you stay I will include the monthly cleaning fee price. This decision came after asking multiple sets of guests. They love the place and for those who stay long-term, they wanted the additional comfort of having the common areas cleaned by someone else.
