The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, bathroom, entrance and a private outdoor space. The double bedroom, with a large and comfortable bed, is punctuated by green tones. The twin room pays homage to the earth connection in its toasted yellow tone. The living room, with a sofa bed, is a distinctive division, with a more modern style. The kitchen has all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The private patio is spacious. The garden is for the enjoyment of the guests. Other things to note The accommodation is covered by the Municipal Tourist Tax of Coimbra, effective as of April 5, 2023. At check-in, one euro (€1.00) will be charged per guest aged 16 and over and per night, up to a maximum of 3 consecutive nights per person (the amount of the Municipal Tourist Tax is not subject to VAT under the terms of paragraph 2 of article 2 of the Value Added Tax Code). The fee is due between March and October. The fee does not apply to guests: a) persons with disabilities, with a disability of 60% or more (extended to an accompanying person); b) students entering higher education in Coimbra, as well as research fellows using tourist developments and local accommodation establishments at the beginning of each academic year, up to a maximum of 60 consecutive days; c) whose stay is motivated by medical treatment (extendable to an accompanying person).
