Private Suite w/ Private entrance/Private bath Microwave/fridge. Convenient parking. Beautiful view: lake and all its wildlife. Everything you need to go to the beach is in the room, beach towels, umbrellas, beach mat. Due to host allergies, NO pets/animals/service animals. No smoking/vaping/drinking/drunkenness. Sensitivities? I do not use plug-ins, scented sprays, scented detergents/dryer sheets. If traveling w/ a service animal, kindly, please choose another Airbnb property. The space Proudly a 5 star SUPERHOST for 12 years. My listing is a private suite attached to my home but fully private. Everything is private; Entrance , bath, amenities, screened in patio. All guests must be introduced and registered by first and last name. Important Reminders: Regarding service or emotional support animals: Airbnb has exempted me from hosting all animals including service animals as I am allergic/sensitive. THE WELL APPOINTED SUITE ENJOYS SEPARATE CLIMATE CONTROL The Suite still receives climate control from the main house but prior to installing the Mini Split system I kept the main house very cool, so my guests were comfortable. (Even if I did not require it to be that cool) This GREE mini split gives my guests control over their personal comfort. Review the GREE AC instruction sheet & use the remote to adjust the room temperature. When going out for the day, please higher the AC a bit. (there is a remote control ). Please don't place the AC lower than 70 The room will cool quickly THANK YOU Note: I generally keep my calendar for 3 months out at a time. If you wish to book later that 3 months out from today's date please message me and we can talk. * Note; my home has 8 exterior security cameras For those with sensitives; I maintain a scent free room, no plug ins, no Febreze, no scented laundry detergents or fabric softeners. There is a True HEPA air purifier available in the room. The flooring is Luxury Vinyl planking. I have had 1 or 2 wonderful guests who had a older elementary age child with them- like a dad and son and a grandma and granddaughter. Usually sometimes can be talked about. I absolutely cannot accommodate children under 10 as I am not child safety proof. I cannot have infants, toddlers or a child who struggles with bed wetting. Thank you for understanding. :) I am close to many beaches, sight seeing and local attractions. To the nearby south is Safety Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater and to the nearby North is Tarpon Springs, our very own Greek town- the sponge docks are a must see. You will love having a private entrance /private bath with a large and inviting room that has a comfortable queen cherry sleigh bed, desk, apartment sized fridge, microwave, plates, silverware, cups, tea bags, instant coffee, sugar and usually snacks. The 8x8 patio is screened-in. The bath has a dressing area with vanity, sink and mirror- then you enter the private bathroom with another vanity, toilet and shower. I provide has many convenient toiletries such as cotton swabs, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, emery boards, and pins. The large walk in closet with shelves and hanging space also stores all you need to go to the beach-- that I provide---- Towels, beach mats, beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, tote bag etc. The armoire contains a flat screen TV with built in ROKU. ROKU offer many free selections but ROKU also gives access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. Be sure to bring YOUR OWN passwords to use these features, as I don't have cable. The TV also has HDMI ports for your firestick if wanted. The table/ desk is the perfect place to put your laptop or ipad. I have WIFI and as a back up; a hard wire cord under the bed. (ethernet cords do not work on MAC computers) Shopping for necessities just could not be easier-- 0.5 miles away is multiple lovely food and shopping areas. See the section called "The Neighborhood" overview for all the stores and you can also review the "guidebook" section. The view out the sliding glass doors can be spectacular depending on which wildlife decides to visit the lake. Available in the suite for those who need/want : a HEPA air purifier, a humidifier, a neck massager, and an assortment of all types/styles of pillows for ultimate comfort. In addition it is has a wonderful lake view with interesting wildlife, a big walk in closet stocked with beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs beach umbrella, iron/ironing board, a Brookstone sound machine. The room has a fridge, microwave, linens, water bottles, coffee, tea, a binder full of helpful information, and sometimes chocolates on your pillow -- I hope you agree that is a great value.
