Capitol Hill is one of the most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Denver. There are numerous restaurants, clubs, bars, stores, concert venues, and other cultural amenities in this community. Less than a 5 minute walk from the Denver Art Museum. Capitol Hill is next to two major Denver parks, Civic Center Park and Cheesman Park. Both of these are meeting centers for the community – hosting many festivals, including the Capitol Hill United Neighborhoods-sponsored People’s Fair in June. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! You really do not need a car here. Capitol Hill is the most walkable neighborhood in Denver. The neighborhood has good public transportation and is a biker’s paradise.
