Come experience historic downtown McKinney TX. Our place is located walking distance from downtown where there is plenty of good eats and shopping with that small town feel. You will love the cozy and rustic feel of our studio featuring mini-frig, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave and coffee maker. If there is something missing just knock on our door and we will do our best to accommodate you. Happy visiting !! The space Small quaint with most everything you need. Guest access The rented area is yours to use as well as the patio areas and back yard Other things to note Extra space heaters and fans if needed. Usually not needed though. Also has Blu-ray DVD player. Very comfortable sleeper sofa. A twin air mattress is available for a third person.
