The romantic "CHALET EGGLEN" is located just above Lake Thun in Sigriswil, in an absolutely prime location, in the middle of an intact, Swiss neighborhood. The chalet offers privacy with stunning postcard views over Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains. From every window you can enjoy an overwhelming view over Lake Thun. On the south side are the 2 balconies, hot tub, sofa, dining table and a grill. On the north side you will find 2 private parking spaces. The space "CHALET EGGLEN" is a typical Swiss wooden house built in 1950. In 2024, the chalet was gently renovated, skillfully maintaining the original romantic character. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with balcony (1x with double bed + 1x with 2 single beds), 1 shower and a separate toilet with Geberit shower toilet. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, a dining room and the living room with balcony, a wardrobe and 1 toilet with Geberit shower toilet. On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with terrace and garden seating, 1 shower, laundry drying room and cellar. Guest access - In front of the house there are 2 private parking spaces available. - The whirlpool on the south side of the house can be used free of charge from 8 am to 9:30 pm. - A washing machine and dryer are at your disposal.
