The space This former Fine Dining Restaurant, Festive pub and award wining Inn is now all yours for a private, exclusive rental. This will be a memorable stay with a Large grounds, relaxing Adirondack chairs hillside facing and breath taking view and sunset over the Presidential Mountains with spectacular views of Mt Washington. This is a great spot for friends and family gatherings, executive strategy sessions, yoga retreats, ski clubs, hiking clubs. We do not prepare meals or serve beverages, so you bring your own and you prepare your meals. We can help refer a private chef or caterer as well. NO EVENTS, LOUD NOISE, ADDITIONAL GUESTS, FIRE WORKS. NO OUTSIDE GATHERINGS PAST 10PM. WE CAN NOT ALLOW ANY EVENTS, ADDITIONAL GUESTS, PARTIES, UNDER THIS LISTING. Also, under this listing, you have access to 12 guest rooms on the 2nd floor, and for cleaning purposes the 3rd floor additional space and back suite are locked off from your use). We occasionally, may have guests use a back guest room, but it is a sperate entrance, its own private space and they will not have access to your amenities. From June 15 to Labor Day, checkout is at 10 AM to allow enough time for cleaning and same-day turnovers during our busiest season. With high demand and limited cleaners, this helps ensure the property is ready and up to standard for incoming guests. You can ask about access to this space, but there is additional cleaning costs. Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night. We may require a community deposit for your stay to make sure the community regulations are followed. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $300, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
