The space This Non smoking Historic Cottage was originally built in 1898 ,additions have been added to this single story home .It’s historic charm has earned it's place on Steamboat Springs Historic Registry! The front door opens into the living room w/fireplace and original hardwood floors! The artwork and furniture are intended to accent the historic feeling of the home. The handmade paper floors (please remove shoes )call attention to the uniqueness of this property. This house has a lg bathroom with shower ,tub and laundry facility .There is a large outside patio and big back yard with a hammock and carport/storage with parking on premises. There is a manual on the kitchen counter with all Dos and Don’t s. Please inquire if you have questions. Up to date Steamboat magazines , and dining guides are available. WiFi and internet.Totally outfitted to suit the needs of the guests. Guest access The entire house w/carport and equipment storage for one car is yours to enjoy. Access is from the front or the back with a code key box.The back is where people park both winter and summer. From the back one can park in the carport or alongside .There is a narrow bridge (PLEASE USE CAUTION)that connects the carport to the house. The locked storage for equipment is in carport. Please no equipment in the house .There are boot trays in the house at the both entrances for ski boots. The free bus is 2 blocks away. Key box code,Wifi and password will be available after check in. Other things to note Check with Chamber of Commerce for all upcoming activities also there is a daily free paper The Pilot that has all daily restaurants happenings and activities .
