Guests appreciate the peaceful surroundings and the short walk to the lake. Perfect for relaxing and exploring the beautiful Salzkammergut region, ideal for hiking and swimming. The apartment is on the ground floor with its own entrance, so there are no stairs. Private parking is next to the apartment, and guests can enjoy a small garden arbor. The space The apartment features a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and Netflix, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, cable TV in both bedrooms, a central living room with a sleeping couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a large bathroom. Guest access Your apartment is located on the ground floor of our family home with a private entrance and garden arbor to sit outside and enjoy the mountain view. Other things to note Our apartment is on the ground floor and barrier-free! The local tourist tax ( 2,40 Euro from 15 years on per day/person) has to be paid in cash on arrival. No additional guests/visitors!
