PRIVATE Room , Bathroom & Entry. Located in central Santa Rosa on a well established, tree lined street in a quiet family setting. Santa Rosa - home of Charlie Brown and friends, Russian River Brewery, & easy drive to many wineries. 400 sq. ft., newly remodeled private room with 2 beds ( 1 queen, 1 Twin) with private bathroom and entry. Available: coffee system, toaster and mini-fridge, Coffee, Tea, pre-packaged snacks. Note: No Kitchen or Laundry privileges provided The space Very bright and spacious room. Private entrance (two- steps up from pathway) - room is attached to main house (sharing a common wall) separated by a locked door. There is a queen sized bed (very comfortable) and a day bed (twin size) that can be used for a third person. Keurig brewer is available with coffee, tea. Mini fridge is available - will have Brita water, coffee creamer, sugar are provided. Pre-package snacks will be available also. Guest access This room has a private entrance with two steps up to main floor). It is connected to the main house but there is no access to that part of the house. Since this room is connected to the main house you may experience the"noise" of everyday living activities. I will alert you if there will be any additional activity -- like garden maintenance, etc. Other things to note I do have cats which are allowed in the room when it is vacant! They like to sit on the window sills! City of Santa Rosa RULES: One parking space allowed for guests. No outdoor amplified sound. Maximum number of guest visiting during daylight hours - one! Quiet hours - 9 pm - 8 am
