A gas burning fireplace will keep you cozy and 55' flat screen SmartTV is perfect for late night movies. Beautiful kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for entertaining. Master suite is Zen! A king bed faces huge windows open to the ocean on both sides of the room. Fall asleep listening to the lap of the waves. First, guest room with a new queen bed is a peaceful white, with gorgeous breathtaking views. 2nd Guestroom has a Queen Bed, and is lined with windows facing the ocean. Children's room has two trundle beds. So, sleeping for 2 easily converts to sleeping for 4. Kids also have their own 40' SmartTV for in-bed movies! Even the kids have a view! Walk one short block along the bluff and take stairs to the beach and downtown Capitola. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement.
