The lower level features a beautiful, modern, and fully-equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, full bathroom, laundry facilities and 1 space in the garage. Upper level has two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed (one also has a Double futon), and a full bathroom. The plush Master Suite with King bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower (no tub) and small work space is above the garage but accessible from the main part of the house. It’s the little things that make a big impact: 60” SmartTV in the living room with Netflix, Amazon, and Hulu, and every bedroom has multiple USB connectors for charging your wireless devices! Relax after a long day in the mountains in the covered hot tub surrounded by snow or play horseshoes in the back yard while you soak in the filtered sun. Parking is limited to 4 spaces. Fines range from $1,500- 5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. A full list of rules is attached as a photo in this listing. Some Highlights include: Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
