The beaches remain open and accessible, though you may see machinery as they work to move the sand in from the Harbor. The dredging will begin on April 5 and continue through May 9. This project occurs annually to ensure the safety of the boats in the Harbor and keep the beaches wide and full of sand for you to enjoy. *** Welcome to A22 - a luxury vacation rental located in North Coast Village in Oceanside, CA. With ocean-facing windows in both the main living area and primary bedroom, the sea is your constant companion throughout your stay. Enjoy views of the pier and the ocean right from the balcony, and soak up the laid-back California vibes as you relax in the balcony chairs. KITCHEN AND DINING The beautifully updated kitchen features custom cabinetry and countertops, blending style with functionality. Designed with an open-concept layout, it includes eco-friendly European-style stainless steel appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The full-size refrigerator provides ample space to store all your groceries and guest foods. The cabinets are fully stocked with essential cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare culinary creations during your beach getaway. The dining area offers a charming wooden corner nook bench and a table with two additional chairs, allowing for an unobstructed view of the ocean. Plus, there’s extra seating for two at the kitchen counter, perfect for casual meals or coffee while taking in the scenery. LIVING AREAS The living room offers ample seating for the whole family, featuring a spacious sectional, a comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper, and an oversized armchair. A large flat-screen TV with cable is mounted on the wall for your entertainment. On cooler days or to set a cozy ambiance you can enjoy the beautiful custom gas fireplace, fully functional and ready for your relaxation. SLEEPING This two-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind: Primary Suite – Features a California King bed, ceiling fan, blackout shades, flat-screen TV, and a dresser for convenient storage. Guest Bedroom – Includes a Full and Twin bed with custom built-in storage, a small closet rack, ceiling fan, and a smart TV. A desk is also provided, perfect for remote work or study. Living Room – A queen-size sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space for extra guests. BATHROOM Both bathrooms are beautifully designed with custom tile work and stylish finishes: Primary Bathroom – features a vanity and a spacious walk-in double shower, with the toilet separated by a private door. Guest Bathroom – Tub/shower combo with spa-like vibes. **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes. EXTRAS -This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next door to the unit. -A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests. -A22 is a corner cottage which means it has more windows bringing light and the view from additional vantage points. -Enjoy a luxury remodeled interior, and upscale beach vibe furnishings & decor. -Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. -A22 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. Guest access GROCERY STORE: Walmart Grocery 1.2 miles RESTAURANTS: The Harbor is directly North of the complex and an easy walk and has a wide variety of restaurants from Seafood to Italian and Sushi to Mexican. BEACH: Oceanside Beach: < 1 mile. The complex is built directly on the beach and you are just steps from the sand and ocean waves. ACTIVITIES: With the beach and harbor so close there are many activities within walking distance of the condo.
