The space This home is attached to an old Tahoe Cabin, (separate listing), this listing is only for the newer section, on the right side. Luxury Tahoe Home with Breathtaking Lake Views. Guest access Guests will have a reserved (one car) parking spot in the driveway. They will have private access to the living, dining, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, as well as the deck and yard. No spaces in the home are shared with another renter. Other things to note IMPORTANT - The transient occupancy tax will be included in your total, you do not have to worry about paying this fee upon arrival or check out. CANCELATION POLICY: if you are concerned about our strict cancellation policy, please be sure to purchase travel insurance as we will not be offering additional refunds. Airbnb suggests InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth. This insurance will be helpful in case of weather, fire, pandemics or other circumstances which would cause you to cancel your trip. We only refund if it is necessary for us to close our Airbnb due to unexpected circumstances. When you sign our Airbnb contract, you acknowledge you have a strict cancellation policy. COVID: If we are forced to shut our rental due to the COVID outbreak, we will be refunding your stay. However, if Airbnbs in our area are able to operate, no refunds will be given to guests who book after 3/15/2020, this is again, why we suggest purchasing travel insurance. (affordable and piece of mind) InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth and recommended by airbnb. FIRES/SMOKE/AQI: If we are forced to shut our rental/evacuate due to a fire we will be refunding your stay. However, if Airbnbs in our area are able to operate despite fires that are not a danger to our area, poor air quality and smoke, no refunds will be given. We suggests you pay for travel insurance: InsureMyTrip and Squaremouth and recommended by airbnb. DATE CHANGES: All changes made between 7 to 14 days prior to arrival will be charged a 50% fee.
