******NO RUNNING WATER*****Our "Green" House is a beautiful and energy efficient tiny house with bright colors and plenty of natural light, solar tube, composting toilet and thermal shades. Positioned for privacy and comfort, the house is at the back of our half acre lot and at the edge of a wooded area. The space The house is 130 square feet. A functioning kitchenette area complete with mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, five gallon drinking water dispenser, utensils, silverware, flatware, mugs, and glassware. In true tiny house fashion there is a fold out bar top with 2 stools that can serve as a work space and table. The cozy loft area has a memory foam twin bed mattress. There is also a fold out (comfortable) futon and a twin air mattress if requested. Wireless internet, Roku TV and an outdoor sitting area round out the space and make this your home away from home. Guest access There is on site parking in the driveway and a lighted backyard entry into the area. We like to enjoy the outdoors on the patio, the garden, and in the woods, as well as hanging out around the fire pit. You are welcome to join us. Other things to note We hope guests will understand that our tiny house will allow you to commune more with nature; we've experienced coyotes, foxes, racoons, bunnies, chipmunks, deer, squirrels, birds, hawks, crows and a few bugs too. We will provide a five gallon solar camp shower for cleaning your bits. Bloomington, and surrounding areas. Toilet\Urinal- The urinal will have to be changed and\or emptied every couple of days, depending on use. If you prefer to change it yourself there are two locking mechanisms on each side of the toilet. After unlocking, the urinal can be pulled up and out and either emptied or exchanged.
