The space We live in a tranquil rural setting with horses on the 4 acre property. We are a quick 20 minute drive to the University and downtown restaurants. You will have 800 square feet of private space and a keyed private entrance with a stone patio and beautiful vistas. We raised our family in this home and with the same neighbors for 30 years, this is a safe place to be for an escape from city sounds and bustles.
