Cozy Lady Lake Guest House

Private guesthouse in a quiet, rural area of Lady Lake. 1 bedroom, 1 bath, furnished with pool privileges. Kitchen, dining bar, living room and sunroom. Sunroom opens to the pool deck and sparkling blue pool, which is completely privacy-fenced in a common area shared with the owners. Suitable for 1 or 2 adults. Central heat and air, 40” Smart Television , WiFi, washer and dryer. Bed linens and bath towels provided. Kitchen with full sized refrigerator/freezer ice maker and electric stove. The space You’ll find our guest house very cozy and a great place to relax! It is detached from the main house, but shares access to, and a view of, the pool area. We provide a Keurig coffee pot, a regular coffee pot , microwave, toaster, some dishes, utensils and cookware, kitchen towels and pot holder. Full size inflatable mattress available. Bed linens and towels are included. There’s even some pool towels for your use! A starter supply of paper towels and toilet tissue is included; however, extended-stay guests should bring your own supply. The corner TV stand in the living room boasts an electric fireplace that you can use with or without heat. Guest access The guest house has its own separate entry with a keyless digital lock. We will provide you with the entry code prior to your arrival. Guests are welcome to use the pool, and have full access to the privacy-fenced pool area, which includes tables and chairs, (cushions for all chairs are stored in the deck bin) and a koi pond. Enjoy cooking outdoors on the gas griddle/grill (gas provided) or charcoal grill (you’ll need to get charcoal). There is a covered one-car parking space at the front entrance. If your vehicle is large, you may opt to just park in the yard. Other things to note We are PET FRIENDLY (MUST BE HOUSEBROKEN) with a large fenced-in back yard. We just ask that you pick up after your pet and use the outdoor trash container to dispose the bagged contents. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW SCRATCHING ON THE SCREEN ROOM DOORS AS THEY HAVE A PRIVACY FILM ON IT.
