Lovely vineyard holiday home

Close by is the fantastic lake Bukovnica and Ocean orchids, a leader in Phalaenopsis orchid production. The area is great for hiking, cycling, fishing, or just for a break from a busy city life. Enjoy your stay! The space LAKEFRONT Vacation Home Luštna počitniška hiška v Dobrovniku, oddaljena le 1 km od centra Dobrovnika in 1 km od Bukovniškega jezera. Leta 2016 smo jo v celoti prenovili. V hiši je spalnica z zakonsko posteljo in pogradom, kopalnica, kuhinja in velika dnevna soba z jedilnico. Kavč v dnevni sobi je raztegljiv in nudi 2 dodatni ležišči. Pred vhodom je velika pokrita terasa z udobno garnituro, imamo tudi balkon. V pritličju je garaža. Pred hišo je veliko dvorišče z žarom, za hišo je vinograd. V okolici imamo tudi veliko sadnih dreves, katerih sadeže si lahko po želji postrežete, če bodo zreli ob vašem obisku. Cozy little house in Dobrovnik, located between the center of the village and lake Bukovnica (both about 1 km away). The house was renovated fully in 2016. There is a bedroom with a king bed and bunk bed, bathroom, kitchen and a big living room with a dining room. The sofa is extendable, and gives 2 additional places to sleep. In front of the entrance there is a covered outdoor terrace with comfortable furniture, the house has a balcony, as well. The ground floor has a garage. In front of the house there is a big courtyard with a grill, behind the house you can find the vineyard. If you book the house, you will have the whole place for yourself, no sharing with other people. There are plenty of fruit trees around the house, and you are welcome to help yourselves to any of them when they are in season. Guest access Third house on the right when you drive on the main road from Dobrovnik to Bukovniško jezero. Other things to note Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets are allowed, but only outside the house. Slovenian law requires that every guest provide a valid ID at check-in. The apartment is not allowed to stay for people who are not registered guests. Smoking in the house is not allowed. Pets are only allowed outside the house. A mandatory law requires every guest has to present valid government ID upon check-in, persons other than registered guests are restricted from the apartment.
