Public areas - There is an open concept living/ dining room, a open airy modern kitchen, as well as a small library/ music nook off the kitchen. Private areas - The master bedroom includes a queen bed with premium cotton linens, and eco friendly plush memory foam mattress. Children toys and books also available in the master bedroom closet. The second bedroom also includes a queen bed with eco friendly plush memory foam mattress, premium cotton linens as well as a mid century modern marble topped work desk. In the second bedroom closet you will also find a selection of kettle bells, free weights, medicine balls, resistance bands, and a yoga mat - to help you stay fit on the go! Kitchen Pantry is stocked with basic dry goods staples. Including oatmeal available for breakfast! WALK TO EAT - DRINK - CHILL Minimum cleaning fee applies on a weekly basis. For every 7 days stay - the cleaning fee will be applied. This covers the extended cleaning required after longer stays. Thank you for your understanding. Pets are accepted with an additional $35 fee to cover necessary cleaning upon check out. Guest access Guests have full access to the property during their stay. Please only access garage to use washer/dryer. Garage is still partially under construction. Other things to note Home is located in a family friendly neighborhood. Walk less than a block to local cafes, shops, restaurants. Please note that automatic motion sensor lights are on property. They will cut on at dusk. The lights are controlled by switches within the house. There are party lights installed on the patio for your evening enjoyment. Simply plug them in and let the lovely night vibes set in.
