Ten minute drive to downtown, Petco Park & the Gaslamp Quarter. 5 min to Ocean Beach, 30 min walk. You’ll love the view of San Diego & Coronado, the beautiful neighborhood, the relaxing atmosphere and the easy access to lots to do in the area. My place is good for couples, solo and business travelers. Excellent location for college visits to USD, UCSD, Nazarene, SDSU. The space The guest room is allergen free. It has its own, well lit access down a path from the side of the house and its own patio with chaises and table and chairs, all entirely private. You will also have access to our lovely yard with Adirondack chairs for outdoor relaxation--maybe a nap or shady spot for reading? A locked gate gives guests maximum security and privacy. I have a 2nd bed, a twin, a comfortable ottoman foldout. Babies stay free. Older children and adults $20 surcharge to cover water costs. Guest access The patio and yard and bedroom and bath. During your stay Guests will be given my cell phone number and can call or text for assistance or directions or for any need they may encounter. I ask guests to check out at 10 when there's a same day turn around, but I am flexible if there's sufficient time to prepare the room for the next guests. In short, I'm as flexible with check out time as I can be. Other things to note We are in Point Loma, about seven minutes from the SD airport. That makes your travel easy, but we do have plane noise. We are not under the flight path, however.
