Bedroom - 1 queen bed, Bathroom (Rain Shower), Kitchenette, and Deck. Beautiful linens provided. Ocean Views. Nature's Oasis 5 minute Walking Distance to: Sutro Park, Lands End, Ocean Beach, Golden Gate Park, Historic Balboa Theater and Restaurants. Suited for 2 adults & 2 kiddos. !Downtown! 25min away - Opposite end of city! We are onsite upstairs. The space Shabby on the outside - Tuscan style house with shabby stucco and simple backyard - still with Ocean View deck to lounge on. The Inside Living area is Private, Beautiful, Very Cozy (Small) and Clean! Guest access Entire Private Suite with Private Entrance - Side walkway to Guest suite. We are upstairs and available for needs. Other things to note Complimentary tea & coffee. If you are bringing your beloved pet - we are no longer able to provide dog beds and bowls. Please be responsible for cleaning up after pets and please use the swifter and vacuum to help us keep cleaning prices down. Miele washer/dryer is only for the convenience of doing a small load 1x a day and for guests that are willing to follow the European instructions. For additional laundry needs- it is expected guests go to the laundromat 2 blocks away. Washer has included automatic, aromatic soap. Covid-19. At baseline- We wipe down common areas and use bleach base products in the kitchen and bathroom. In addition to washing bed linens we steam them after coming out of the dryer. During COVID-19 we continue these practices and add extra precautions. We now sterilize the kitchen & bathroom surfaces with pure bleach and use a product “vital oxide” between guests.
