A Place for Family Fun in the SoCal Sun!

Nestled in the beautiful hills of the City of Orange, in Orange County, our 1700 sq ft, 4 bedroom home is a perfect location for a family getaway! With children throughout the neighborhood, a private spa in the backyard, a community pool just a few doorsteps down and many Southern California attractions within driving distance, our small, friendly, safe community is perfect for families with children. From one family to another ... WELCOME to your HOME away from HOME! The space This is our primary residence but we are a family that likes to travel! While we are away, our guests can enjoy the entire house, and the perks of well maintained family home: clean and organized, wireless wifi with extenders throughout the home, four properly decorated bedrooms upstairs, access to the washer and dryer upstairs, several TVs with Firesticks for use and a kitchen fully stocked with all the equipment you need or use the gas grill on the patio. Just bring your groceries! We have an amazingly beautiful and friendly neighborhood! Note: No access to the garage. There is a Ring doorbell on front door and the Nest to control HVAC inside. No other social or monitoring devices are installed. No parties and quiet hours are strictly enforced by the HOA and City of Orange. Per city rules, guests must take out and bring in trash cans on trash day: Fridays. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and yard, with the garage as an exception. Garage access is not permitted. Other things to note The community pool is in a gated area. A pool gate key is provided. There are two free parking spots in the driveway. Overnight street parking is only permitted on Friday and Saturday nights. Overnight street parking is checked by parking enforcement Sunday through Thursday nights, from 12am to 6am.
