The house is thoughtfully designed and tastefully executed; it is cozy and unique little features to be discovered. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops, stove, and an island. There is a full bathtub and bidet toilet. It has elec. heat as well as a gas fired fireplace in the main living area for ambience, The house has a narrow circular stairway to access the sleeping loft which has a full size bed. The space Everything in the space is designed for comfort; it has a motorized tv mount in the living room to store the tv in the ceiling when not in use--when it is down it partially blocks the entry to the small living room. The hot water heater is on demand which means that there is a 30-45 second or so delay between requesting hot water and delivery but the water never gets cold. There is wifi--password provided-- and in lieu of cable tv all the tv's are equipped with video streaming capability i.e. They are either smart tv's or have an Amazon fire stick. There is a washer/dryer combo unit located in a laundry closet in the kitchen. Guest access The entire house is private and available for guests to use; the owners have two small closets in the living room one of which is locked and reserved for the owners use. Other things to note The house has a lockbox next to the entry door which has a spare key in the event the key received upon arrival is somehow misplaced and needs to be replaced quickly.
