Welcome to the The Pocono Cabin, just steps from the lake and lodge! Our cabin is the perfect place to make memories. With easy access to the lake, pools, and playgrounds, there's something for everyone. Enjoy kayaking, fishing, swimming, or simply relaxing by the fire pit. Located within Arrowhead Lake Community that offers a variety of amenities, including multiple beaches, three outdoor pools, a gym, lodge, tennis courts, playgrounds, and more. Arrowhead Lake Community Amenities: As a resident of Arrowhead Lake, you'll have access to a wide range of amenities, including: Waterfront Activities: Kayak, canoe, fish, or simply relax on the serene lake. Recreational Facilities: Take advantage of the community's swimming pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds. Social Hub: The clubhouse offers a variety of activities, a game room, a gym, and weekly events. ***Please Note*** We include fees for up to 4 guest and two vehicles. Any additional guests or vehicles will incur and additional fee. These fees are paid directly toward Arrowhead Lakes on your behalf. Shortly after booking you will receive a message requesting information that is needed to register you with Arrowhead Community Association. This information is needed 3 days prior to check in to avoid the late fee of $100 imposed by Arrowhead Community Association. We need all information to register you no later then 1 day prior to check in to allow for the community to process your stay and grant you access to the gated community. Must be 25 years or older to stay at our cabin. Township Registration #- 016662 lol Guest access Aside from a few locked cabinets and closet doors for our personal belongings, the remainder of the house is accessible to guests. Other things to note No hidden fees! No extra charges for amenities, gate cards, or registration! **My rate includes:** - Daily rate - Cleaning fee - Arrowhead Lakes amenity fees - Gate cards (for up to two vehicles; $20 per additional vehicle) - Temporary membership wristbands for up to 4 guests ($9 per person per day for additional guests)
