NO BOAT DOCK- private cove accessible for boat access for shore docking. *Master suite with a view of the lake, king size bed, sitting area, ceiling fans, drying rack, and access to master bath (includes hair dryer) with walk-in shower * Living room has view of the lake, flat screen TV, access to upper deck *Kitchen is fully stocked with basic kitchenware (includes coffee pot, Keurig, blender, toaster & instapot), microwave, dishes & cookware. The refrigerator has ice trays. Dining area has large table to comfortably fit 8 people. *Downstairs has 2 bedrooms + common area and bathroom: private rooms include (1) one Queen bed, (2) one King bed. ** Common area has twin sized bunk beds (listed as bedroom 4, bed in open common area). Bathroom has double sinks with tub/shower combo. *Family room downstairs has TV, couch, and ping pong table. * Porches on the full length of house, both levels with views of Greer's Ferry Lake with outdoor seating. *The lake is accessible by walking down a set of stairs off the back porch * Hot tub, ping pong table, foosball table, 3 kayaks + paddles, fire pit, direct access to lake, gas BBQ * Linens, towels and paper products provided * No smoking indoors, additional $150 cleaning fee assessed * Pets welcome, additional $150 pet cleaning fee assessed Other things to note Due to COVID19, we ask that together we all take extra precautions. While our cleaning crew will clean and sanitize after each guest, we ask that you also help us in this effort. If you would kindly bring disinfect spray/wipes to use on high traffic areas for additional personal protection (door knobs, light switches, handles etc) upon your arrival and departure, we appreciate it. We provide these in the home for your use as well but as you know sometimes supplies are limited. Our goal is a safe environment for all of our guests to enjoy.
