Peaks & Pines Mtn Views, Walk to Downtown

The ideal basecamp for your Estes Park getaway (Reg# 3532). At Peaks and Pines you're an enjoyable 10 minutes walk on a paved path following the river to downtown shops and restaurants, but far enough to enjoy the peace the mountains offer. We are 4 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park's entrance. Wake up and go to sleep with breathtaking views of Long's Peak. Peaks and Pines is 2000 square feet, sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) and features an updated open living plan. The space Peaks and Pines is the perfect place for 2 small families, one large family, a family traveling with grandparents, or a group of couples. The upper level has 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed in each room), 1 bathroom with tub/shower combo, open kitchen/dining/living space. The lower level has one bedroom (1 queen bed, trundle bed-2 twins, and a pull out twin sofa), 1 bathroom with walk in shower, washer/dryer and a bonus living space. There is a deck off the living room of the upper level with sliding glass door access. The perfect place to drink your morning coffee, or evening wine and whiskey, soaking in the majestic views of Long's Peak and surrounding mountains. Off of the dining room there is another sliding glass door that leads to the back deck with rock formations in the backyard. The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, apron sink, ninja blender, burr coffee grinder, french press, coffee maker, and an aeropress, and other kitchen/baking necessities. Once you arrive at Peaks and Pines you'll find our tips and tricks and a list of our favorites (acquired from 35 years of living in Estes Park) for making the most of your stay. **Please be sure to make your time reservation for Rocky Mountain National Park entry in advance and print your passes ahead of your arrival** **We do not allow fires in our fireplaces.** Guest access Guests will check themselves into house with keypad entry.
