NOTE: This listing is for our 1-bedroom unit for $130. (2-night minimum.) We also have a 2-bdrm, $200. Our children are gone and we have space (with private entrance) to share with you. The famous N.Umpqua River is our front yard and, aside from great fishing, we are close to Hot Springs, Crater Lake, Umpqua Valley wineries, hiking/biking trails, waterfalls, and the Oregon Coast. Come join us in this magical setting - sit by the beautiful river and take in the peacefulness. The space This listing is for our 1-bedroom unit for $130, with a 2-night minimum. (We also have listed a 2-bedroom unit for $195.) Your room offers an incredible view of the river. You'll enter through a private, keyed entrance to find a roomy bedroom with a queen bed, desk, window-seat, chair, and ceiling fan. Your own kitchenette has a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, dishes & silverware. You'll enjoy a large, private bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. RV parking available. Contact Host. Guest access From the front of the house, you'll have a separate, private keyed entrance to your bedroom, kitchenette and bath. You are welcome to enjoy the picnic area, sit by the river to read, paint, watch wildlife or nap. You may fish from the bank of the North Umpqua River (licenses required), build a small campfire in our fire pit (fire restrictions may apply), play horse shoes, badminton, or shoot hoops. From our home in Glide you can enjoy a multitude of activities. There is something for everyone: Fishing (including great fly-fishing water), hiking to the many waterfalls, trekking along the North Umpqua Trail or tackling Mt. Theilsen. The Umpqua Valley has over 30 wineries and some beautiful tasting rooms - The Southern Oregon Wine Institute is located in Roseburg. If you enjoy golfing, there are 2 public 18-hole golf courses, 1 9-hole course, and a world-class disc golf course nearby. Crater Lake is an hour & a half to the east on Hwy 138, and the Oregon Coast is about an hour & a half to the west.
