Room rate and a security deposit of 300 USD per room is required on the day of check-in. 2. No smoking inside the villa. 3. If you need to borrow dishes and cups, please wash them and put them back where you found them. 4. The living room and pool are common areas, please keep them clean and quiet. 5. If any items in the villa are damaged, you will be charged for them. 6. There are trash cans in the room. Please don't throw tissue, hair, or debris in the toilet. 7. Please inform the housekeeper if the room needs to be cleaned. To be environmentally friendly, we do not change the bed sheets every day. There are many flying insects at night, please close the doors and windows when entering and exiting. 9. Check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out time is 12pm-1pm. After 1pm, half-day room rate will be charged. After 6pm, full-day room rate will be charged. 10. There is no lifeguard at the swimming pool. The deepest part is 1.8m, with a gentle slope. Please be careful when swimming. We are not responsible for any drowning caused by this. Please do not throw cigarette butts and garbage into the pool. 11.
