Your Florida Getaway! 4 bd/2 ba, near Disney!

Just finishing a complete remodel! New floors, paint, cabinets, and more! This is more than just a place to rest your head after the park, this is a getaway on it's own! With 2 gorgeous pools, tennis courts, batting cages, game room, gym and more, you will have a blast just being home! The 4 bd/2ba home is yours to enjoy! You will love the comfortable rooms, living area, fully stocked kitchen, and wi-fi. We are only a short 15 minute drive to Disney World! The space ***Complete remodel recently finished with new floors, paint, cabinets, counter tops, toilets, bedding and so much more!!!*** This beautiful condo has ample room to relax and enjoy time with your friends and family... because there is plenty of room for both! We have recently replaced the couches, for your comfort and relaxation. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have a tv and a comfy bed for you to relax after a long day of fun. To increase your comfort each room (except the bunk bed room) also has ceiling fan to keep you cool in all seasons. If you need extra space to sleep the condo has a hide-a-way bed in the closet. The bunk bed room has two sets of bunk beds, so 4 twin beds, while the other rooms have one queen in each. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked for you to make a home cooked meal (but if that's not your thing, then there are a huge variety of restaurants near the condo). We have very recently replaced the appliances with brand new stainless steel, that are gorgeous. Guest access You will have full access to the condo, pool and all of the community amenities, including tennis courts, batting cages, game room, gym, play area and more. You will also have free wifi access. Other things to note There is a $50 fee for lost keys. There is a $50 fee if the trash is not disposed of properly. Including not cleaning up your food or trash upon your departure. ***The owner is severely allergic to pet dander, so this home must stay an animal free home. This includes service and emotional support animals. Absolutely no animals allowed.*** This is a self catering unit. We provide 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a few dishwasher tablets, a few laundry detergent tablets and garbage bags in the cans. There was all small appliances in the kitchen. Hair dryer in each of the bathrooms. Plenty of towels. All other needs are provided by guest. There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, we supply a few laundry detergent tabs. We do ask that you keep one of the dishwasher and laundry tabs for the end of your stay, to start a load of used towels and the dishwasher prior to departing. We do not ask you to change the load or unload dishwasher, just start it.
