Cozy cottage in quiet neighborhood with private entrance. Also enjoy your private court yard and fenced private backyard where you can relax with a bbq and fire pit. The first words that most say upon arrival are wow and oh how sweet. The space Home is nestled behind owners home. With your own private entrance. Built in the 30’s it is original plan. It has about 1100 sq ft of space. Two bedrooms. We can always adjust to more than 4 people just talk to me and we can figure it out. One queen bed and two twins. There is ample room for those air beds if needed. Kitchen is ready to go cook bake it is completely ready for you. There is a counter by large window overlooking your private back yard. Great place for laptop time. Separate eating area open to the front room. Are eat at the counter. Looking out to the back yard you will see A fire pit and bbq with smoker and burner for your use. Sit in the old swing bench or on chairs it is a very sweet back yard and plenty of room for little ones to play. In the front room you will find a big screen tv with lots of movies or you can just choose to use dish. WiFi is available. You will not feel closed in or that you are on top of each other this is a great size old warm home. Your entrance has a court yard where you can sit and watch deer pass by or quail and watch tree squirrels play. The sun comes to this spot early morning great for relaxing and that morning cup of coffee.if you like rustic and felling warm and welcomed this is the place for you.
