Shopping, restaurants, groceries: five minute drive/bike ride! Amazing area: 'Rail to trail' bike routes, pools, lakes, kayaking, entertainment. The space *Contemporary, very clean, light and airy, spacious includes: private bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. *Kitchen - everything you'll need: Double coil electric burner, coffee maker, tea maker, French press, microwave, large toaster oven for baking, electric fry pan, electric burner, toaster, smoothie blender, large new refrigerator/freezer (no full size stove) etc., *Deck just off the entry, shaded. Deck off the Gazebo, sunny. *Private entrance patio doors. *Home backs up to a lake and wildflower prairie - beautiful view and active wildlife in summer, serene in winter. *Our lake is divided by a freeway. Noise is dependent on the direction of the wind. *House Rule: No Visitors on property, just 1-2 adults registered through Air BnB. (We are often asked this question.) *House Rule: No Children. Guest access *The private, key-less entrance is located around the back of the house, down some outside stairs with solar lights and railings (short four inch risers with railing). Breathtaking view. I can be available to assist with luggage for folks with physical lifting limitations. *Patio door onto a deck in backyard. *Guest Suite entrance overlooks the second very large deck and Gazebo closer to the prairie and lake shore as part of the backyard use. *House Rule: No Visitors and No Children. Other things to note *The space is freshly painted, contemporary. *Maximum two Air BnB Guests. No visitors on property. *Extra towels in bathroom linen closet, change of sheets. *This is an independent Guest Suite. For longer term Guests, we clean the Guest Suite bathroom weekly, change sheets, vac and clean the floors/carpet. *Guests take out trash, maintain space. *Our lake is a private city lake, not a swimming lake. Beautiful public access swimming lakes/beaches and boat/kayak/canoe rentals are close by, 15 minute drive or bike. *Maple Grove Community Center has two pools, including a lap pool: daily passes can be purchased. *Parking: Short driveway allows room for one car.
