Country Cottage

Country Cottage is a large 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bathroom home, with 1 sofa/bed in the living room. Located near the Rim, away from the city bustle and is warm and inviting. Tonto National Forest in the back yard. Handicap accessible. 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge. 15 minutes from East Verde River. Friendly dog on premises. No pets, no smoking, and no parties. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile) The space The Casita stands about 60 ft distance from the owner's home. There is a creek in the back yard that flows during monsoon and heavy snow melt times of the year. The owners are amateur gardeners and enjoy sharing their harvest. Guests have access to the yard and are welcome to walk around and greet our chickens and dog if so inclined. Full kitchen and laundry facilities inside the casita. Queen-size mattress (3 inch foam pad is an available option). Guest access Guesthouse, parking, creek, hill, and open grounds. Other things to note During monsoon season roads may be flooded. A low riding vehicle may not be adequate. ** Cell reception from certain providers (i.e. AT&T) is poor in this area. Verizon tends to provide the best cell service on the grounds. Once in the casita you may hook up to our Starlink internet service and should have no difficulties with connecting to the service (with the exception of heavy cloud cover days) The driveway leading to Country Bedrooms is a long stretch of gravel and might pose a challenge to anyone traveling via motorcycle. You are welcome but please exercise caution. There is plenty of space for parking a trailer.
