Welcome to our quiet home in Liberty, SC! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Clemson University & 30 minutes from downtown Greenville. It is a great location for attending football games, alumni events, mini vacations, or business events, and is well suited for singles, couples or small families. We are typically home quite a bit and available if needed. Private bedroom and bathroom, with access to kitchen and laundry room. The room is located on the second floor of our home. The space We are pretty secluded with no neighbors close by. Our home is not quiet though, as we have a couple of dogs, a cat, and a toddler. During the day, our dogs are outside or in the basement. We have a gravel driveway and parking area with plenty of space. You will have access to the living space downstairs as well. It is very open so you can watch TV or cook. We have two dining spaces and a large back porch. We also have a pack and play available for children if needed. Light refreshments and a few toiletries will be provided. There is a fan in the room and a thermostat that controls upstairs. Guest access Feel free to use the living room, laundry room, dining room, and back porch. During your stay While we both work, we are usually home in the evening by around 5:30 or 6 pm. We do not travel often, but weekends can be busy. We can both be reached by cell phone if needed. Other things to note Since we live onsite, we may have guests, but you are more than welcome to join us or you can stay in your own space. It is whatever you prefer!
