Here is where chic meets cozy in a gem of a friendly historic Chicago neighborhood. Located equidistant from quaint Andersonville & Lincoln Sq neighborhoods offering a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops & movie theater. Lovely park & tennis courts steps away. Beach, lake & Wrigley within 2 miles. We are a hop & skip from the famous downtown Mag Mile & theater district. Public trans nearby. Usually plenty of street parking. A big welcome to all Chicago adventurers & guests! The space Approx 800 sq ft, it is an ideal space for 1-3 guests and people who are in home or work transitions. Or, a space to work or take refuge when a home is being renovated. Whatever the reason for the stay, we try to provide comforts of home. We are happy to provide anything to help make your visit as pleasant as possible and hope our guests will reach out when in need. If you see us around, we welcome you to ask for help in any way or simply a chat as we love to meet new people and hear their stories if they wish to be shared. Please keep in mind, while this apartment sleeps 4, for longer stays it is ideal for 1-3 guests for greatest comfort. Guest access ENTRY - You will have easy access to the unit with a keypad to enter. LAUNDRY - An in-unit washer & dryer is provided for your convenience in the rear of the unit. EMERGENCY EXIT - For your safety, there is an emergency exit beyond the laundry room of the unit through our personal storage area. Otherwise, this area is private. PARKING - Free street parking in front or nearby is usually available for guests. Permit not required. Parking in front or close to property is easiest before 9/10P. Other things to note We have furry friends that live next door and may appear on the premise exterior. They may say hello but are not by any means a threat. We are keenly aware some guests have sensitivity to dogs, particularly barking ones, and will notify our neighbors as needed to ensure your comfort at all times. On another note, please be mindful to care for the home and the condition you leave our home so we can offer the same service and comfort to other future guests. We kindly request shoes not be worn on the carpets to preserve their longevity. ENJOY YOUR STAY!
