Guest suite in Jackson Heights

My place is 15 mins away from La Guardia airport and 8 mins walking from major subway & bus stop.We have a renovated,full furnished brick unit with separate entry from the back and a reserved parking spot at the door of the unit.A private cozy unit with two bedrooms,a kitchenette,and 1.5 bathrooms.Smart tv, Netflix and free personal WiFi provided. It's in a very upbeat and family friendly neighborhood . My place is good for couples and families with kids over 4 years old . The space The unit has a nice combination of privacy, comfort, and access. Free off street reserved parking right at the unit door enables you to get in the house & get comfy and in no time you will be exploring the neighborhood and fulfill your purpose in NYC. Guest access Entire ground floor that consists of two bedrooms and one and half bathrooms. The whole unit is private for the guests, nothing shared. No one lives in that floor.The entrance is through the driveway at the Back of the house and for the guest's use only. Other things to note The bed is full size which is bigger length wise then double size bed. We have steam heating system so in the winter months we provide the guests with space heater to avoid noise of steam heater.So we suggest guests to dress properly indoors for winter months. Also it's part of a row house,so we share walls with our neighbors. There could be occasional sound that can be heard. thanks
