The house is located on Lanny lane which is one street back from Squaw Valley road allowing easy access, while avoiding the road noise. If you're a really large group, check to see if the apartment is also available. Both the main house and apartment share access to the laundry area, and garage. The house is ideally located one street back from the main road in Squaw Valley. It is an easy 15 minute walk from the Village at squaw Valley. There are many excellent hiking and biking trails including a paved bike trail that goes all the way to Lake Tahoe and partially around the lake. You're welcome to park anywhere on the property except in front of the right hand garage which is reserved for the apartment. Placer county requires that we collect a 12% transient occupancy tax from all rentals shorter than 30 days.
