Home in Cayucos

Wake up to the sound of the waves sleeping 1 block from the beach. You’ll love this recently redecorated southwestern themed room inside the house. This is the perfect stopover place for traveling along Hwy 1. Just a few houses from the offramp, private entrance, comfy queen bed, Smart Tv, & coffee nook in the hallway. Tiny fenced in yard but currently no pets! We have dogs upstairs. No frills but (Cayucos) cheap place to crash for the night, carpets are stained but are frequently shampooed. The space Recently redecorated in Southwestern Desert theme, this is a cute little bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a chair that folds out into a single bed on the floor (child-sized). There is half of a closet to store your things as well as a small dresser. You have your own private entrance and keypad, with your own small private fenced in yard with an old bistro table for relaxing. The walkway is uneven, so please be careful. 19” TV and Fire Stick smart tv streaming device. No cable. To use you must sign into your own streaming account and logout before leaving. I have created a cute little kitchen nook in the hallway with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water carafe and plastic ware. There is also a bistro table in this shared space to enjoy your breakfast. There is no actual kitchen and no access to my kitchen. While the carpet is stained, I have tried to cover parts of it up. :) Full bathroom with privacy lock. Bathroom could possibly be shared with the room across the hall, so there may also be other guests in this shared space, however it is very, very unlikely. This is our home that we moved out of/moved back in temporarily/sometimes rent out. It’s too big for our little family so I am portioning it off and renting out one room at a time. There is a small tv and fire stick. I also rent out a studio on Airbnb that is separate and these guests have no access to the house, but there may be other guests around the property. Over the last few years I have learned ways of trying to make my guests more comfortable and am happy to make your stay be the best it can be. If you would like to pay the cleaning fee directly, please let me know and it saves a few $. No animals allowed currently. Guest access Room, hallway and bathroom. No access to the laundry or the upstairs or kitchen. During your stay I will be available to answer questions and give advice. I love meeting new people and if I have the time, I’d love to chat but I’m a busy mom with a couple of jobs so I might not always be in the home. I usually like to let my guests have their space.
