Lone Oak Rest has provided warmth, comfort and convenience to family & friends since the late 1800's, serving as one of the first bed & breakfasts' in the village of Pentwater. The home is conveniently located just minutes from uptown shopping for unique gifts, souvenirs, antiques, and dining. The marina for fishing & boating and the beach are also only a short walk away. Accepting Sat to Sat stays. Contact us about flexibility options. The space The house has been in the family since the 1870's and was used primarily by friends and family from the Chicago area. Since we don't get up to Pentwater as much as we would like, the grandkids have talked Grandma into sharing the home so that others may enjoy Pentwater like we have over the years. We are continuing restoration and updates on the home, therefore, it does not have some of the modern-day amenities like a dishwasher, but we did recently add a washer and dryer.
