Cottage in the countryside, in a hamlet, 50 min from Toulouse and 20 min from Auch, accommodating 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A perfect base for long-term stays (28 nights minimum). Open from October to April, it will be suitable for workers on assignment, teleworkers, or families with children. With a green slide, swing, hut, petanque court, BBQ, ping-pong... The glass room is very comfortable and equipped with a video projector. The Wi-Fi is excellent. The space The "Les Estarguis" cottage, located in a hamlet of 2 properties, is surrounded by fields and enjoys a very pleasant calm. The entrance is independent, and there is an outdoor power outlet for electric cars. For conviviality, there is a large terrace with sun loungers, deckchairs, wood barbecue (charcoal not included) and outdoor toilet, 15 m x 4 m petanque court, children's playground with vegetated slide, swing and "living" willow hut. A ping-pong table and various other games are also available as entertainment. Note that the land is not fenced, and the neighbors are about ten meters away, so it will be necessary to respect them by limiting noise. However, there is no one opposite! The main building of the property, 235 m2 interior, in which the main gîte is built, is an old barn completely renovated with 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms with toilet, including a spacious bedroom of 27 m2 on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms of 23 m2 upstairs. BEDROOM COMPOSITION: GROUND FLOOR - Colorado room on one level - door of more than 81 cm (2 pers), 27 m2, 2 TWIN beds (90 or 180). Private bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. UPPER FLOOR -Provence Room (2 pers), 23 m2, 1 double bed 160. Private bathroom with shower and separate toilet. - Alpes Room (2 pers.), 23 m2, 1 double bed 160. Private bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the ground floor of the cottage is also the 80 m2 living room with cathedral ceiling, composed of an integrated and super-equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with sofas, TV and wifi video projector. It offers direct access to the outdoor terrace with the shaded dining area facing the pool (not open from October to April). A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, a large additional fridge and sink, as well as a separate toilet on the ground floor complete the set. KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: - XL oven (90 cm wide) for large tables - 4-burner induction cooktop - Central island with sink - Dishwasher - A large fridge-freezer + 1 other fridge in the laundry room - 2 coffee makers (classic filter + ©Nespresso original capsules Vertuo range) - Kettle, toaster, microwave, waffle maker, electric juicer, immersion blender... - Basic kitchen supplies included (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sponges, dish towels, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets...) There are 2 buildings side by side on the property, located about ten meters from each other and separated by the patio of the "zen space" with the ping pong table at your disposal. The main gîte is completely independent, and guests will be able to enjoy the property independently and with total exclusivity. The owners live from time to time in the secondary building (the annex), but they have their own entrance and their own outdoor living spaces. You won't see them. However, they remain available for any questions. The cottage is very easy to access by car and parking is possible on the property for 4/5 vehicles. There is a socket for charging electric vehicles (slow charge 2kw) in front of the cottage. In winter, the underfloor heating on the ground floor of the gîte and the electric radiators will allow you to have a comfortable stay. The renovation is recent and the insulation is very good. See you soon! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Without any neighbors or nuisance. Only the annex building, reserved for owners, is not accessible. Other things to note - Linens and towels are provided. The beds are made on arrival. - The entrance to the vacation rental is autonomous and is done via a unique code lock. - No pets allowed - End-of-stay cleaning is included. However, guests must leave the house in good order before they leave, clean the BBQ, remove used sheets and towels and collect their garbage cans (bathroom and toilet garbage cans, selective sorting of glass, packaging, household garbage: instructions on site) to deposit them in the village containers. - Any additional cleaning intervention such as cleaning mattresses, mattress covers, cushion and chair covers or any damage may be charged after the stay. Thank you for respecting the premises - Parties are not allowed, out of respect for the only neighbor of the hamlet ;) and no outside guests beyond the sleeping capacity mentioned (i.e. 6 people) are allowed. - The pool is not available for long-term rentals between October and March. Long-term rentals (more than 28 nights) are accepted from November to March. The rate includes water and electricity, as well as sheets and towels and final cleaning. Central electric heating is extra fee. You will be asked for a flat rate of €200/month.
