No smoking 10. No parties 11. No events The space Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen, are exclusive to guest. The back half of the home has a separate entrance which the owner lives in. (Like a duplex or two homes back to back) the two separate homes are not shared in any way. Guest access Guests will have access to the following: 2. Kitchen - exclusive 3. Living room - exclusive 4. Bedrooms (3) exclusive 5. Bathrooms (2) exclusive 6. Backyard covered patio / table and chairs / natural gas grille 7. Garage is off limits Other things to note 1. Please refrain from loud noise after 10pm 2. Garage is off limits, except when using the washer and dryer 3. Stays longer than two days will require guests to obtain toilet paper, shampoo, & toothpaste. 4. Complementary breakfast cereal is located above the microwave and complementary coffee is located above the coffee pot in the kitchen.
