Welcome to our island condo! Kickback, relax, and get some vitamin sea! Whitecap Beach is a 3-5 min. drive. The floorplan is spacious (2 story), making it comfortable for couples, families, and work travelers. Fully furnished, WiFi, Roku (log into your personal Netflix/Amazon/Hulu), washer/dryer, 2 car garage, kid's toys/puzzles/games, basic coffee maker, and comfy beds. Pool on property. Monthly rental discount/snowbird discount, Sept-Feb. Please reach out if you’re looking for long term Guest access Keyless access using a code provided prior to check in. Standard 2 car garage. An additional assigned parking spot is available. Parking permit required (and provided while you stay). Other things to note We have a baby gate, pack and play, highchair, lightweight stroller, and foamy booster seat (toddler). Just let us know if you need one (or all), and we'll make sure they are there when you arrive. We have a small collection of foam boogie boards, and beach toys in the garage you're welcome to use.
