The Atlantic Room is located on the 2nd floor inside the main house at Bent Oaks Manor, only about a mile from the center of Downtown Roanoke. This private room includes its own modern bathroom, featuring a fancy European steam shower. Use of the Manor's kitchen, backyard area (with gazebo), second floor porch (overlooking the courtyard) and front porch are also included. The space The Atlantic Room is located inside the main house at Bent Oaks Manor. It is one of two private guest rooms on the 2nd floor. Built in 1910 by one of the prominent Roanoke families, the entire property has been recently renovated. It provides guests with a unique and comfortable space to relax for one or several nights. It can also accommodate events inside the main house or outside in the courtyard and garden areas. The Atlantic Room is a large bedroom with a queen-sized Perfect Cloud mattress, sofa, beach-inspired artwork, custom room darkening shades, and a private bathroom featuring a European steam shower. Clean linens, blankets, towels and washcloths are provided. Please note there is NO television in the room but high-speed WiFi is provided. In addition to the bedroom, guests will have access to the large kitchen, also located on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is adjoined by a porch overlooking the courtyard where guests can enjoy meals or simply relax. The Manor also has a large front porch and new gazebo in the back, providing plenty of seating and some rockers to enjoy. The keypad entry codes will be provided the day before check-in. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the front porch rockers and swing, the second floor back porch, and backyard space that includes a large gazebo with ample seating. By renting The Atlantic please be advised you are NOT renting the event space on the first floor. No pop-up events of any kind without pre-approval from the host. During your stay The host may be available in person and always by Airbnb messaging, text or phone.
