Heated Pool is open May 20th to October 15th. The Dutch House is a stylish updated Basement Apartment with a Dutch flare as my husband was from Holland! We're in the heart of Sandy 4 minutes from the Sandy Expo, restaurants, shopping & imax theaters. Guests have private access to the pool, playhouse, BBQ, patio, gazebo & garden. 30 minutes to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude. 45 min to Park City, Deer Valley & Sundance. Hiking trails are just 20 minutes up Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons The space Pool is open May 20th to October 15th. Your space is an updated PRIVATE BASEMENT apartment of the home with an outdoor private entrance. It is sealed off from the rest of the house. You have your own private washer and dryer, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, family room and kitchen. Enjoy 1500 square feet of space to relax. There is a built in gas fireplace for your enjoyment after a long day on the ski slopes. Or, cool off during the summer with a swim in the pool. We only accept reservations if you have a verified identification check mark from airbnb. :) - Free Netflix - NO pets or service animals allowed due to owner Allergies. - We use a Dyson air purifier for 9 hours in between guest stays. - There is a security camera system outside for everyone's protection. - We do NOT have cameras inside your space. - No family reunions or events - No unapproved guests without permission. -Wi-Fi Comcast Xfinity high speed internet with a Lynksis mesh 3 node network. - Extra guests beyond 6 are not allowed without prior approval. We will allow up to 3 local family member visitors to swim and use the pool for an additional $35 per person, per day This will be paid to us through the Airbnb app as an addon upon approval. They must sign a liability waiver to use the pool. Guest access Keyless self check-in. We will send you a key code the morning of check-in to your private basement apartment. Your basement apartment has a separate outside private entrance in the backyard. Other things to note We sanitize all touch surfaces with Lysol and Clorox disinfectant. The entry way is also cleaned with bleach. All linens are washed in sanitize mode in our brand new washer and drying machines. We want you will feel confident, comfortable and safe that our airbnb space is clean and ready for your enjoyment. We provide both pool and bathroom towels. You may use the pool toys in the large tank toy bin. The home is in East Central Sandy Utah close to everything you need.
