Nearby is the best Thai restaurant in the City, other cafes with IPO beers, Georgios Italian restaurant, and Peppi's sports submarine...as well as some fast-food places(Subway, Wendy's, McDonalds, and Taco Bell). Guests may use the washer and dryer and the two bicycles in summertime. The owner is a quiet guy who keeps to himself, a grad of Duquesne University. Jack is very interested in preservation of historic buildings, lives simply, plays racquetball, hikes and bikes, meditates and practices yoga. If possible the owner will personally welcome guests and give an introduction to the neighborhood and amenities.
